1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LXT (lxt.today), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

LXT is a platform that helps users coordinate their transition from X (formerly Twitter) to alternative social networks. We provide tools to:

• Search for X users you'd like to follow elsewhere
• Vote on users you'd like to follow on other platforms
• Add X users to the platform
• Receive notifications about users leaving X

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Create false or misleading user accounts
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Submit false or misleading information about X users
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LXT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

By submitting content to our service (including X handles and votes), you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services including Google Authentication, X (Twitter) API, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LXT, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
